Highly Recycled
Elastever's formulations allows the use of a very high proportion (>70%) of recycled material.
Therefore, the carbon footprint of our raw materials is very small.
Our raw materials come mainly from post-consumption (PCR) but also from industrial wastes (tyres, shoes, ...) .
Our materials are recommended for eco-design and to reduce the carbon footprint of your products.
Fully Thermoplastic
The special feature of our materials is that they are totally thermoplastic, even though they are made of rubber.
This means they can be used with standard thermoplastic extrusion, injection and molding machines.
There's no need to adapt, just set the temperature accordingly.
